EGW Sight Mount for Ruger Blackhawk GP100 Redhawk Revolver Red Dot Black

EGW Guns Sight Mount Features The EGW Sight Mount replaces the factory rear sight on Ruger Blackhawk GP100 and Redhawk revolvers dropping directly into the existing rear sight dovetail. Machined from aluminum and finished in black the mount is built to accept a Vortex Viper Vortex Venom Burris FastFire or Docter red dot sight without requiring any slide or frame milling. At 1.811 inches long and 0.99 inches wide the mount keeps a compact low-profile footprint that does not add unnecessary bulk to the revolver. Because the mount is a direct dovetail replacement the factory rear sight can be reinstalled at any time if the shooter wants to return to iron sights. Installation only requires removing the rear sight and installing the mount in the dovetail tightening the set screw where applicable and torquing the provided screws to 15 in/lbs with blue Loctite. Two button head cap screws are included for the Vortex Viper and Venom while two flat head cap screws are provided for the Burris FastFire and Docter sights so the correct hardware is on hand regardless of optic choice. Installation requires only a 5/64 inch allen wrench keeping the process simple for most revolver owners. EGW notes this mount does not fit Ruger Flattop revolvers so shooters should confirm their specific model before ordering.
