EGW Sight Mount Features The EGW Sight Mount is machined from aluminum with a left-to-right progressive-taper dovetail matched to the factory cut on the Ruger SR9 SR9C SR40 SR40c and SR45 allowing it to install in place of the rear sight without gunsmith fitting on most guns. Once mounted it accepts a Vortex Viper or Venom using the included button head cap screws or a Burris FastFire or Docter sight using the included flat head cap screws. Mounting hardware sized for a 5/64-inch allen wrench is included with every mount. EGW recommends applying blue Loctite to the mounting screws and torquing them to 15 in-lbs for a secure recoil-resistant fit.
