EGW Sight Mount Features The EGW Sight Mount installs directly into the factory rear sight dovetail on the CZ 75 Shadow 2 and SP-01 Shadow giving owners a way to mount a Vortex Viper Venom Burris FastFire or Docter red dot sight without permanently milling the slide. The dovetail features a progressive taper that makes installation easier and EGW s red dot sights are designed to be installed left to right with the muzzle facing forward for a consistent fit. Because the mount simply replaces the rear sight it can be removed at any time to restore the pistol to its factory sight configuration offering flexibility that a milled slide cannot. Installation involves removing the factory rear sight seating the EGW mount in the dovetail and tightening the set screw where applicable followed by mounting the red dot with the appropriate screws and blue Loctite. Machined from 7075 aluminum and finished in matte black hardcoat the mount measures 1.604 inches long and 0.99 inches wide matching the dovetail dimensions of the CZ 75 pattern pistols. Button head cap screws are provided for Vortex Viper and Venom sights while flat head cap screws are included for Burris FastFire and Docter sights giving the mount broad compatibility across popular pistol red dots.
