Made to Magpul M-LOK specificationsInstallation instructionsTools required USGI barrel nut wrench 3/32" Allen WrenchInstructions Clean and inspect the upper receiver, barrel, and barrel nut. Place the receiver in the proper vise block. Coat threads with grease or anti-seize compound. Install the barrel into the receiver. Ensure the indexing pin aligns with a slot in the upper receiver. Slip barrel nut over barrel and thread onto upper receiver hand tight. Using a standard USGI barrel nut wrench, torque the nut to 30-50 ft-lbs. Check the alignment of the gas tube hole in the upper receiver. You may need to loosen and tighten the nut once or twice to get proper alignment and torque. Install the gas tube and gas block according to the proper instructions. Slip the handguard over a barrel and gas block. Align screw holes in handguard with holes in barrel nut. Start all screws before tightening any of them. We recommend blue thread locking compound. Ensure that everything is properly aligned and installed correctly. Tighten all screws.
