EGW Heavy Duty 1-Piece Picatinny Rail Scope Base for Remington 4, 6, 7400 and Benelli Auto

EGW Guns Picatinny Scope Base Features The EGW Guns Picatinny Scope Base is machined from solid 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum a material chosen for its strength-to-weight ratio in demanding field and hunting conditions. Full-width cross-slots are gauged to MIL-STD 1913 specs within plus or minus .002 inches giving shooters a secure and consistent fit for Picatinny or Weaver rings. Because the base mounts directly to the factory scope holes on Remington 4 6 7400 750 7600 and 7615 receivers no drilling or tapping is needed during installation. Its heavy duty profile sits lower than EGW s lightweight tactical mounts positioning the scope closer to the bore for a more natural sight picture. At a 5.488 inch overall length and a 2.05 inch center spread the base weighs just 2.5 ounces adding minimal bulk to the rifle. The matte black finish cuts glare in the field and the ambidextrous design works equally well for right and left-handed shooters. EGW recommends 20 inch pounds of torque along with a drop of blue threadlocker during installation for a secure long-term mount. This base gives Remington pump and semi-auto rifle owners a dependable path to modern Picatinny optics for sale at ARMSAGORA.
