The general design is of an inverted T and uses the tip of the blade as a dagger requiring very little force to cut through objects. The tip spine and little choil at the end of the blade are ridged for self-defense. The Shrapnel has a desirable "tactical spine" with a pronounced "spear" point. The general design is hidden in a "shaving" blade profile which many will find quite comfortable in the hand.
