The FailZero Lightweight AR-15 Bolt Carrier Group is a fully assembled replacement BCG for AR-15 rifles, designed to cycle a lighter mass than a standard mil-spec carrier. It is intended for 223 Remington and 5.56x45mm NATO chamberings.
The carrier is finished with EXO Nickel Boron coating on its critical parts, which the manufacturer describes as providing dry lubricity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The complete group weighs 9.2 oz and is listed as 21% lighter than a mil-spec M16 carrier, with a lower mass intended to reduce felt recoil.
