Faxon Firearms FX7 Medium Sporter Hunter 6.5 Creedmoor 22" Bolt Action Rifle

Faxon Firearms FX7 Medium Sporter Hunter Features The Faxon Firearms FX7 Medium Sporter Hunter is built around a stainless steel action with a 70 degree bolt lift and a 6-lug configuration arranged in two rings of three delivering a short fast cycle between shots. The action is compatible with Remington 700 short action stocks chassis systems and pattern triggers giving owners access to a vast aftermarket of upgrade options. The Black Armorlube DLC coating on the receiver enhances durability while providing a low-glare mil-spec finish that resists wear in the field. Chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor with a 22 black nitride threaded barrel and a 1:8 twist the rifle is tuned for the flat-shooting low-recoil performance the cartridge is known for. An integrated 20 MOA Picatinny rail comes standard on the receiver giving shooters extended elevation adjustment range for engaging targets at distance without running out of scope travel. The fixed OD Green synthetic stock is durable and weather resistant suited to hunting trips in a variety of terrain and conditions. A TriggerTech Rem 700 Primary trigger provides a crisp consistent break for improved accuracy while the AICS and AW magazine compatibility gives shooters a 5-round detachable box magazine option already proven in precision rifle circles.
