Faxon Gunner 22 ARC 16" 1:7 Twist Nitride AR-15 Barrel

The Faxon Match Series Gunner is a 16-inch AR-15 barrel chambered in 22 ARC. It is machined from gun-barrel quality bar-stock steel and finished with a black nitride coating for durability and corrosion resistance. The extension is coated in Nickel Teflon, which reduces friction and helps tighten the fit between the extension and receiver.

The barrel uses 5R rifling with opposite-direction lands and grooves and reduced sharp angles, which the manufacturer states reduces bullet jacket deformation. The chamber is a hybrid design, and each barrel is MPI inspected. The Gunner profile blends the weight of a pencil barrel with the durability of a government-profile barrel.

This barrel fits AR-15 rifle-length gas systems and is a replacement or upgrade option for builds in the 22 ARC chambering.
