Description
The Faxon Match Series Threaded Straight Fluted barrel is a replacement barrel for the Glock 43 and Glock 43X chambered in 9mm Luger. It is machined in-house from stress-relieved 416-R stainless steel and finished in black nitride, a coating intended to improve lubricity, barrel life, and resistance to surface wear.
The barrel has a 9mm SAAMI chamber, a 1/2x28 thread pitch for muzzle devices, and an 11-degree target crown. It uses conventional rifling, which allows a wider range of ammunition to be fired, including cast lead bullets. It is supplied without sights.
The barrel is designed to drop into factory-spec slides without gunsmithing. The manufacturer states it is not made, authorized, or endorsed by GLOCK, and GLOCK does not warrant compatibility with this product.
