The Fiocchi Training Dynamics is a 9mm Luger cartridge loaded with a 124 grain full metal jacket bullet, intended for target range practice. Fiocchi designed the load to use bullet weights comparable to those in its defense and target cartridges, so that shooting practice more closely matches the feel of the real thing while keeping training costs lower.

The cartridge has a brass case and a muzzle velocity of 1150 feet per second, producing approximately 364 foot-pounds of muzzle energy. Each box holds 50 rounds, and each case contains 20 boxes, for 1,000 rounds per case.
