The FN FN15 M4 Military Collector is a semi-automatic AR-15 rifle chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, modeled on the M4 carbine with the ambidextrous selector switch and flat-top receiver found on the military's select-fire M4A1. It is intended for collectors and recreational shooters who want a military-style rifle.
The rifle has a 16-inch barrel with a 1:7 right-hand twist, button-broached and chrome-lined. The matte black finish is applied to an aluminum receiver. Sights are A2-style front and adjustable rear, and the flat-top receiver carries a MIL-STD-1913 rail at the 12 o'clock position. The A2-style compensator is permanently attached. The magazine capacity is 30 rounds.
The rifle is listed as compatible with 223 Remington as well as 5.56x45mm NATO. A Knights Armament M4RAS adapter rail with rail adapter covers is included.
