Description
The Fortis Manufacturing Camber 9.6" M-LOK handguard is a free-float style rail for the AR-15, designed to replace the factory handguard on a custom or upgraded build. It mounts through the Camber Lock system, which uses a purpose-machined stainless steel barrel nut and locking camber nuts to secure the rail to the receiver. Installation requires a castle nut wrench and the included T30 Torx L-Key, and the rail can be removed for service.
The handguard is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a Type III hard coat anodized black finish. It measures 9.6 inches long with a 1.34-inch internal diameter, which clears most gas systems and muzzle devices. A continuous top rail runs the full length, and M-LOK slots are located at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions plus an offset slot near the front. The handguard weighs 7.08 ounces and the barrel nut weighs 2.9 ounces. Made in the USA.
