Description
The Fortis Shift Standard is a vertical foregrip for AR-15 platform rifles, designed to give the shooter a secure grip when used in a vertical position or as a hand stop for the thumb-over method. Its one-piece billet construction is machined from aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum, with a military specification Type III hard coat anodized black finish.
The grip mounts to a standard Picatinny rail and measures 2.93 inches in overall length, 1.17 inches in width and 3.33 inches in height. It weighs 3.8 ounces, a light addition to the rifle's forend.
