While we appreciate the simplicity and effectiveness of the traditional TDP spec castle nut, we've identified areas for improvement that enhance its functionality without compromising its integrity. Our CNF castle nut addresses two common concerns - the depth and length of the staking notches and the discomfort caused by the wrench notches during installation. By extending and deepening the staking notches, we ensure a more secure fit that resists loosening unless intentionally adjusted by the user. This design choice reinforces our belief that certain components, like the castle nut, are meant to remain steadfast, reflecting the original designers' intent for durability and reliability. Crafted from billet machined 4140 PH steel and finished with a Cerakote Olive Drab Green coating, the CNF castle nut is not only robust but also aesthetically pleasing.
