Forward Controls Design EMR-A Mag Release Ambi Standard Serrated Lever - EMR-A

The Forward Controls Design EMR-A is a ambidextrous magazine release for 5.56 AR15 receivers. The placement of its lever is well thought out to closely mirror the magazine release button on the ejection port side of the receiver. The portion immediately below the bolt catch's lower paddle has a lower profile to avoid interference, a common drawback of popular ambidextrous mag catches, it is also left smooth. A 10.9lb rated magazine catch spring is included with each EMR-A to reduce the risk of accidental/unintended mag drops that can take place if a user slings his weapon, or if the mag release comes in contact with any type of gear such as Mag Pouches, etc.Note:Do not use anti-rotation pins. Most anti walk pins are not compatible with the EMR-A.EMR-A are not recommended for AR10'sEMR-A was designed for TDP spec forged lower receivers, EMR-A may not be compatible in billet lowers with thick walls.Incompatibilities:Due to lack of standards for 308 ARs, EMR-A will not work with all 308 AR style lowers.Geissele's Maritime Bolt Catch. Material from either the top edge of EMR-A's lever, or the bottom edge of Maritime Bolt Catch's lower paddle may need to be removed for both to work together.
