Originally conceived as part of a modular system, the HSM evolved into a dedicated hand stop to reduce complexity and cost while preserving performance.Designed wider than the M-LOK mounting base, the HSM measures 1.25" wide to provide increased usable surface area and improved hand contact, with intentional overhang on both sides for added control. Its 10-degree angled profile, flared base, and six-sided serrations deliver secure traction, while side flutes enhance grip comfort.Fully reversible and equally effective in either orientation, the HSM reflects Forward Controls Design's function-driven approach to ergonomic weapon control.
