Franz Kettner Single Shot 8x60 Factory Game Scene Engraved Franz Kettner Single Shot Rifle. Built with a blued steel barrel featuring a ramped blade front sight, a two leaf (one standing, one folding) rear sight. The barrel is fitted to a coin finished sideplated boxlock action which displays floral scroll engraving surrounding two deer on the left and two boars on the right. The rifle features double set triggers, a sideplate mounted safety, and a trigger guard made of horn. The rifle is fitted with a nicely figured and multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and a pistol grip stock, engraved coin finished grip cap, raised cheekpiece, rear sling swivel, and a plastic buttplate. Finish is good and this is a nice collectable rifle.
