Description
The Geissele SSA-E is a two-stage, semi-automatic-only trigger for the AR-15 platform, designed for mil-spec lower receivers. It is intended for rifles such as a Squad Designated Marksman or SPR-type build where a precise trigger is desirable.
The trigger is finished in black oxide and built from steel, with components made of tool steel and engagement surfaces cut by wire EDM. The hammer and trigger pins are hardened 4140 chrome moly tool steel. The first stage measures about 2.3 pounds and the second stage about 1.2 pounds, producing a smooth, crisp break.
