Description
The Geissele Super Modular Rail MK16 is a 10.5-inch handguard for AR-15 uppers, designed to give shooters a rigid, lightweight mounting surface for lights, grips and other accessories. It attaches to the upper receiver with the Geissele barrel nut, and anti-rotation tabs and set screws are intended to keep the rail from shifting under use.
The rail is machined from 7000 series aluminum and finished in Type III hardcoat anodization in Desert Dirt. A top Picatinny rail is provided, and M-LOK slots run on every quadrant for mounting accessories in multiple positions.
The handguard is listed for the AR-15 platform and requires the Geissele barrel nut for installation.
