Description
The Geissele Super Duty MOD1 is a complete AR-15 upper receiver chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, finished in Desert Dirt. It is built for shooters who want a ready-to-mount upper with a 16-inch barrel.
The barrel is a 16-inch, 1:7 twist, chrome-lined unit with a manganese phosphate coating, and it is cold hammer forged. The upper includes a Geissele length gas system with a Super Compact gas block and a HUXWRX flash hider-QD muzzle device with a nanoweapon coating. A 15-inch Super Modular Rail MK16 attaches with a center-aligning tab to prevent rotation.
The upper is compatible with AR-15 lower receivers. The package also includes the Geissele Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group.
