GForce Arms GFTXP Youth 350 Legend 20" Single Shot Rifle

G-Force GFTXP Features The G-Force GFTXP is a single shot rifle a design choice that offers real benefits for beginning shooters by encouraging careful aim and deliberate shot placement with only one round loaded at a time. The simple break action mechanism reduces the number of moving parts compared to a repeating action which lowers the chance of a malfunction and makes the rifle easier for a young shooter to understand and maintain. Chambered in .350 Legend the rifle pairs a mild recoiling straight walled cartridge with a platform sized specifically for smaller shooters. The 20 inch bronze Cerakote steel barrel gives the .350 Legend round enough barrel length to reach its intended velocity for hunting medium game. A 14.25 inch length of pull and a 6.1 inch overall height are scaled down from a standard adult rifle giving youth shooters a stock that actually fits them rather than one that has simply been cut down. The fixed walnut wood stock offers a classic look and feel while the tang safety keeps the manual of arms simple and intuitive for a new shooter to learn. A Picatinny rail on the bronze Cerakote steel receiver allows the addition of a scope as the young hunter progresses while the blade front sight provides a usable iron sight from day one. At 6.5 lbs the GFTXP Youth is light enough for a smaller shooter to carry and shoulder comfortably throughout a day in the field.
