The GG&G GGG-1002 Standard Rail is a Picatinny riser mount that adds a raised rail for scope bases on AR-15 and M16 platforms. It is designed for use on flat-top upper receivers, where it provides a mounting surface for optics and accessories.
The mount is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in black with a Type III hard coat anodized surface for wear resistance. Its riser design positions attached optics at a higher height above the receiver.
