Great Lakes Firearms GL-15 223 Wylde 7.5" Black Cherry AR Pistol

Great Lakes Firearms and Ammunition GL-15 Features The Great Lakes Firearms GL-15 pairs a .223 Wylde chamber with a 7.5 heavy profile barrel built from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel and finished in nitride for corrosion resistance and consistent function. A 1:8 twist rate stabilizes a wide range of bullet weights making the pistol versatile whether the shooter is running lighter varmint loads or heavier 5.56 projectiles. The 1/2x28 threaded muzzle carries an included brake angled six degrees forward to help control muzzle rise during rapid strings of fire. M4 feed ramps and a 0.750 gas block finished in black oxide keep the pistol-length gas system cycling reliably round after round. Billet aluminum 7075 upper and lower receivers wear a Black Cherry Cerakote finish giving the GL-15 a striking look that stands out from a standard black rifle. The 7.125 aluminum 6061 M-LOK handguard carries a full top Picatinny rail giving the shooter room to add optics lights or a foregrip wherever needed. The G-Force GFAB001 Ace of Brace adjustable 5-position brace lets the shooter tailor the fit and the Mil-Spec trigger breaks at a consistent 5.5 to 6 lbs for predictable shot placement. At 5 lbs and 23.5 overall the GL-15 offers a lightweight distinctively finished AR pistol platform for home defense range work or general recreational shooting.
