The Taper Mount Hammer Comp provides 2 sacrificial baffles that reduce recoil and ensure maximum service life of your suppressor. Slotted compensating features provide tuned muzzle stability. CNC machined from a solid bar of heat treated 17-4ph stainless steel, the Taper Mount Hammer Comp is built to last. This muzzle device is 1.89" length from the countersunk thread shoulder to the front face, and is = length to an A2 flash suppressor with .14" thick crush washer, so it can be used in conjunction with so called "14.7" barrels which are marketed as able to be permed to 16.1" non NFA length using an A2 and crush washer. The actual barrel length 14.835" will bring this device and crush washer mounted A2's to 16.1" breech face to forward surface of permed barrel assembly.
