The Grip Pod GPS.02 Military Model is a combined vertical foregrip and bipod designed to mount on a MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail. It lets a shooter switch between handling and stability without removing the unit, with a spring-loaded bipod deployed by a large textured release button for quick thumb activation.
The unit is black and built from injection-molded polymer with steel inserts in the legs. Its grip has deep grooves for a secure hold in wet or adverse conditions. The bipod legs are listed at 7 to 9 inches in height and are attached by a steel cross-bolt with an easy-grip thumbscrew.
According to the product description, the extended legs provide clearance for standard 30-round magazines.
