Details are important, so even the screws are stainless.While we remain partial to our genuine American walnut stocks, we’ve opted for a stained hardwood with a carefully engineered coating that is formulated to stand up to wear, tear, scratches, moisture, temperature variations, and the angst of the various “character marks” that an everyday outdoor tool will inevitably pick up during its lifetime.
