Description
The Henry Side Gate Lever Action is a 35 Remington lever-action rifle built around a brass receiver and a 20-inch round blued steel barrel. Its side gate loading port allows loading and topping off the five-round tube magazine without removing the stock from the shoulder, and the rifle can also be loaded through the removable tube magazine.
The rifle weighs 7.5 pounds and measures 38.3 inches overall. The receiver is brass, the barrel is steel, and the stock is American walnut with deep checkering. The sighting system uses an ivory bead front sight and an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight. Brass accents appear on the receiver, buttplate and barrel band.
The rifle is chambered for 35 Remington and is offered as a right-handed model.
