It is a little know fact that cowboys mixed Bourbon and BBQ together. We celebrate this amazing Old West flavor combination with our Bourbon BBQ Blend. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat of your choice. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat. Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions. Ingredients: Tomato powder, vinegar powder, (maltodextrin, food starch - modified, vinegar), salt, molasses powder (molasses, wheat starch, soy flour, calcium stearate, soy lecithin), dehydrated garlic and onion, lemon juice powder (corn syrup solids and natural flavors), Worcestershire sauce [(molasses, vinegar, corn syrup, salt, caramel (color), garlic, sucrose, spices, tamarind, natural flavor and sulfiting agents) and maltodextrin], artificial flavor and soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt), silicon dioxide, spice and mustard flour. Contains wheat and soy and sulfites. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
