Brine your trout before smoking, grilling or baking. You will love how jucy, tender and flavorful the fish are. Each brine kit contains two packets of mix and easy to follow instructions. Each packet makes one gallon of brine, a total of two gallons of brine can be made from one kit. Ingredients: Salt, brown sugar, honey powder (honey, moltodextrin), sodium nitrite (3.99%), sodium erythorbate (0.8%), caramel color. Not more than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide added for processing. Contains wheat and soy.
