The High Speed Gear ReFlex IFAK System is a black nylon individual first aid kit carrier designed for medical and tactical use in field operations and outdoor settings. Its HANK grab handles, made from high abrasion-resistant neoprene and Kevlar composite, are intended for long-term use under demanding conditions.
The system includes a carry handle and shock cord loops so the roll can be attached to a patient or hung from an I.V. rack. It mounts vertically or horizontally to belts from 1.5 to 2.25 inches wide, or horizontally on MOLLE platforms. Side slots allow gloves to be retrieved without removing the roll from the carrier.
