Description
The HiViz LiteWave is an interchangeable fiber optic front sight for 22 LR rimfire pistols and revolvers. Its steel body uses a diagonal-wave design and a skeletonized frame, which the manufacturer states improves durability and exposes more of the fiber optic LitePipe to gather light from all angles.
The kit includes three LitePipes in red, green and white, a key for swapping them, and a front sight installation screw. The LitePipe diameter is 0.090 inch and the blade width is 0.125 inch. The sight is all steel construction.
It fits Ruger Mark I, II, III and IV steel bull barrel pistols, 22/45 pistols with an adjustable rear sight (not the 22/45 LITE), Single-Six revolvers with an adjustable rear sight, and Browning Buck Mark pistols (not Challenge, 5.5 Target or 5.5 Field models).
