Description
The Hogue OverMolded Stock and Forend is a replacement stock and forend set for the Remington 870 12 gauge shotgun. The stock is molded from a fiberglass reinforced polymer, with the grip and entire forend overmolded in soft rubber to provide a non-slip surface for handling. The design includes ambidextrous palm swells and a soft recoil cushioning butt pad.
The stock has a 12 inch length of pull and is finished in black. Installation typically does not require gunsmithing, though firearm-specific wrenches and other tools may be needed for stock and forend removal. If the shotgun's forend tube is 4-3/4 inches long, forend adapter nut 557974 is required. This set is sold as a bundle.
