Description
The Hogue Tamer is an overmolded pistol grip for the Remington 870 shotgun in 12 gauge. It replaces the factory grip and is intended to make the shotgun more comfortable to hold and fire, particularly during extended shooting.
The grip is molded from black rubber and includes an internal Sorbothane insert positioned under the web of the hand to dampen recoil. Its shape features compound palm swells and proportioned finger grooves designed to fit the hand, and it is built on the same grip technology Hogue uses on its Smith & Wesson 500 model.
The grip is designed for the Remington 870 platform and is listed for 12 gauge use.
