Hogue AK-47/AK-74 OverMolded Grip and Forend Kit Black

The Hogue AK-47/AK-74 OverMolded Grip and Forend Kit is a black synthetic replacement set that includes an OverMolded pistol grip and a two-piece OverMolded handguard for AK-pattern rifles. The kit is designed for stamped-receiver AK-47 and AK-74 variants chambered in 7.62x39mm.

The pistol grip has an ergonomic shape with finger grooves for comfort and control. The forend uses a modular design with a railed top cover and a non-railed top cover, plus three short rail sections that can be mounted on the sides or bottom of the lower handguard. Both pieces use a lightweight synthetic insert with a synthetic rubber overmold that is chemically bonded to resist delamination, and a cobblestone texture for grip.

The kit is sold as a bundle. Hogue notes that many AK variants made by different countries exist, and the forend and grip are expected to fit nearly all of them, though some may require minor modification.
