Specifications
Description
The Hoppe's 3PU is a three-piece aluminum rifle cleaning rod designed for maintaining rifle bores. It is intended for rifles chambered in .22 caliber and larger, including 22 LR and 30 caliber.
The rod is made of aluminum and has an 8 x 32 thread pitch for attaching standard cleaning jags, brushes and patch holders. Its overall length is 34.5 inches when assembled, and the handle uses ball bearings to turn smoothly during cleaning.
The rod is sold as a three-piece assembly, so it can be stored or carried in a compact form while still reaching the full length needed for a typical rifle barrel.
