Horizon Firearms Vandal DM 25 Creedmoor 18" Rifle

Horizon Firearms Vandal DM Features The Horizon Firearms Vandal DM centers its design around a robust aluminum XLR chassis that replaces a traditional stock with a rigid adjustable platform built specifically for precision competition. The Black Chrome receiver carries an integrated Picatinny rail for mounting glass while the Integrated ARCA rail along the forend lets shooters attach bipods tripods and barricade stops without extra hardware. The 18 spiral fluted black chrome steel barrel is threaded 5/8x24 and fitted with an Iota Sim brake which tames muzzle rise and recoil so the shooter can spot impacts and stay on target through follow-up shots. A 1:7.5 twist rate stabilizes the heavier high-ballistic-coefficient bullets that 25 Creedmoor shooters favor for extended-range work giving the Vandal DM the reach that competition stages and field shooting at distance both require. Handling the Vandal DM day to day is built around the XLR Element 4.0 stock finished in Black Anodized and designed with an adjustable cheek riser and length of pull so the shooter not the rifle sets the fit. A polymer grip keeps the overall package lighter than an all-metal chassis while still giving a secure textured hold under recoil. The TriggerTech trigger provides a crisp repeatable break that lets a shooter call their shots with confidence and the two-position safety offers simple positive control between stages. Feeding from an AICS pattern magazine with 5+1 capacity the rifle supports quick reloads during competition strings and at 8.13 lbs it carries enough mass to settle recoil without becoming a burden to carry between positions rounding out a dedicated marksman package built for shooters moving up into serious precision rifle competition.
