An interior light automatically illuminates when opening the safe; and protective foam lining safeguards contents from damage. The removable interior shelf helps organize handguns and other personal valuables. The Keypad 2-Gun Handgun Safe is constructed of 16-gauge steel, and pre-drilled holes allows you to fasten the safe to a shelf, drawer, or wall. Four AAA batteries (not included) are required to operate the keypad and light, though the safe can still open without power by using the key lock.
