Hornady Backcountry Defense 9mm +P 138 Grain DGX 25 Rounds

The Hornady Backcountry Defense DGX 9mm Luger +P load is a centerfire handgun cartridge built for wilderness and remote-area use, where barrier-blind performance and deep penetration are the priorities. It uses a 138-grain jacketed soft point bullet and a +P pressure rating for more energy than standard 9mm loads.

Key specifications include a 138-grain bullet weight, a muzzle velocity of 1185 fps, and a brass case. Each box holds 25 rounds, and each case contains 10 boxes. The listed muzzle energy is 430 ft-lbs.

Chambering is 9mm Luger only. Because this is a +P load, confirm that your firearm is rated for +P pressures before use.
