Hornady Custom 300 Blackout 110 grain CX ammunition is a factory-loaded hunting round sold in 20-round boxes. It uses a copper alloy monolithic CX bullet with a polymer tip, designed for expansion and deep penetration on game. The cartridge is loaded in new, non-corrosive, boxer-primed brass cases that can be reloaded.
The listed muzzle velocity is 2285 feet per second. The bullet is a one-piece copper alloy design, which the manufacturer states resists separation and retains about 95 percent of its weight on impact.
Each case holds 10 boxes of 20 rounds, for 200 rounds per case. The ammunition is chambered for 300 Blackout firearms.
