Description
Hornady Match 224 Valkyrie 88 grain ELD Match ammunition is factory-loaded for precision shooting at extended range, using an ELD Match bullet with a polymer tip that is designed to resist melting in flight. The cartridges use new-production, non-corrosive, boxer-primed brass cases that are reloadable.
Each round carries an 88 grain bullet with a rated muzzle velocity of 2675 fps. The polymer tip is a heat-resistant design intended to hold its shape and maintain ballistic coefficient during flight, which Hornady says helps accuracy at distances beyond 400 yards.
This is a 20-round box, with 10 boxes per case, for 224 Valkyrie rifles.
