Description
Hornady 30 caliber 150 grain Full Metal Jacket Boat Tail bullets are reloading components sold in a box of 100 for handloading 308 Winchester ammunition. The bullet is fully enclosed in a hard metal jacket except at the base, so it is not designed to expand on impact. The boat tail profile raises the ballistic coefficient, which supports a flatter trajectory and better performance at long range. These bullets are intended for target shooting and plinking, and the raw description also cites varmint hunting.
The bullet has a lead core with a copper jacket and a weight of 150 grains. These are bullets only and are not loaded ammunition, so cartridge cases, primers, and powder must be supplied separately by the reloader.
