Hornady Varmint Express 17 HM2 17gr V-Max 50 Rounds

The Hornady Varmint Express 17 HM2 is a rimfire cartridge loaded with a 17-grain V-Max polymer-tipped bullet, intended for varmint and small-game shooting at range. The polymer tip is said to improve accuracy and aid expansion, and it raises the ballistic coefficient to help the bullet hold its path in flight. Rated muzzle velocity is 2,100 feet per second.

The cartridge is based on the 22 Long Rifle case necked down to 17 caliber. It is not a variation of the 17 Hornady Magnum Rimfire (HMR) and is not interchangeable with it. Cases are brass and the ammunition is described as new production and non-corrosive. Each box holds 50 rounds, and each case contains 100 boxes.
