Description
The HUXWRX Blastphemy is a blast deflector and thread protector for muzzle devices in the .30 caliber class. Its forward-directed deflection geometry channels muzzle gas and debris away from the shooter and nearby personnel, which is useful for prone shooting and shooting against cover.
The Blasphemy is machined from 17-4 stainless steel and finished in QPQ black nitride, a surface treatment the raw product text describes as case-hardening for durability and corrosion resistance under repeated high-heat blast exposure. The Flat Dark Earth color is intended to match FDE-configured firearms and gear.
It fits HUXWRX HX-QD muzzle brakes and flash hiders up to .338 caliber. It is not compatible with Bannar or Comp-STS muzzle devices. When no suppressor is mounted, it can also serve as a thread protector.
