IFG 1874 Sharps Little Betsy Walnut .38-55 24 Barrel 1-Round

IFG 1874 Sharps Little Betsy Features The IFG 1874 Sharps Little Betsy reduces the traditional Sharps rifle s bulk by rounding the profiles of the frame side plate and barrel resulting in a trimmer rifle that weighs just 7.6 lbs without sacrificing the classic silhouette shooters expect. The forged and CNC-machined frame carries a floral engraving pattern that reflects genuine old-world craftsmanship giving the rifle a refined collector-grade appearance. A double set trigger allows a light crisp release for precision shooting letting the shooter pre-set trigger pull for a more consistent break. The adjustable front and rear sight set including a tunnel front sight and a folding Creedmoor rear sight supports the long-range accuracy the original 1874 Sharps design was built around. An American walnut stock rounds out the rifle s traditional aesthetic while the PMG-quality 24 barrel wears a matte blue finish for a durable classic look that resists glare in the field. Chambered in .38-55 Win with six-groove rifling the barrel is sized to balance authentic period ballistics with modern manufacturing tolerances for reliable accuracy. At an overall length of 41 inches the rifle handles comfortably for both offhand and rest shooting positions favored in single-shot competition. Built for the demanding shooter who wants period styling without the added heft of a full-size Sharps rifle the Little Betsy suits collectors and target shooters alike.
