Iver Johnson 1911 9mm 10-Round Magazine

Iver Johnson 1911 Magazine Features The Iver Johnson 1911 Magazine is built around a carbon steel tube that is heat-treated for strength giving it durability well beyond a standard stamped magazine body. A higher tensile music wire spring provides the consistent upward pressure needed for reliable feeding across a full magazine s worth of 9mm rounds. The polymer follower is engineered to properly align each cartridge as it feeds reducing the chance of a failure to feed under quick-fire conditions. This magazine s 10-round capacity gives 1911 shooters two additional rounds over the traditional 8-round factory magazine without changing the pistol s grip or magwell. Finished in black the magazine matches the appearance of most factory 1911 finishes for a seamless look when carried or displayed. A high impact polymer floorplate caps the tube and adds a measure of shock resistance if the magazine is dropped during a reload. Built to fit both Government and Commander length 1911 frames this magazine offers broad compatibility across the most common 1911 variants on the market. It is a straightforward durable choice for 1911 owners looking to add capacity and reliability to their magazine lineup.
