IWI Front Cap Vented 6.5mm Black

IWI Front Cap Features The IWI Front Cap Vented is purpose built for the IWS6 suppressor in 6.5mm replacing the standard end cap with a vented design that manages internal back pressure more effectively. By bleeding off excess gas before it is forced back toward the action the vented cap reduces blowback at the charging handle and ejection port a common complaint on gas-operated rifles running a suppressor. This is especially useful on naturally over-gassed platforms like the Tavor bullpup and many AR-15 variants where excess pressure can otherwise push fouling and gas into the shooter s face. Smoother cycling also means more consistent function under suppressed fire. Machined from steel and finished in a black Cerakote coating the front cap is built to handle the sustained heat and pressure a suppressor generates without degrading over time. At 6.4 inches long and 1.74 inches in diameter it is sized specifically to the IWS6 housing for a precise direct-thread fit. IWI designed this cap as a dedicated accessory for their own suppressor line keeping the tolerances tight between cap and tube. For shooters running an IWS6 on a Tavor or AR-15 variant this vented front cap is a focused upgrade for better gas management and a cleaner shooting experience.
