JP Enterprises Complete Bolt Assembly 6.5 Grendel / 6mm ARC

J P Enterprises Complete Bolt Assembly Features The J P Enterprises Complete Bolt Assembly is machined from SAE 9310 steel the same alloy used in Formula 1 transmission gears giving it a tough ductile inner core that resists stress fracturing paired with a hard outer surface that resists galling and wear. This construction is rated for a service life of up to 60 000 rounds making it suited to sustained high-round-count shooting in 6.5 Grendel and 6mm ARC uppers. The black nitrate finish adds corrosion resistance while keeping the bolt running smoothly under repeated cycling. J P Enterprises designed this bolt to hold up where a standard carbon steel bolt would eventually fail. Every 90-degree corner on the locking lugs is meticulously machined with a radius to help distribute impact force evenly across the bolt body reducing the risk of premature wear or cracking at those stress points. The extractor face is fully supported and precisely engineered for consistent extractor engagement which helps ensure smooth reliable cycling shot after shot. The assembly arrives complete with extractor gas rings ejector pins and springs already installed so installation is straightforward for any AR-15 owner. This level of fit and finish makes it a dependable upgrade for shooters who put their rifles through demanding use.
