Its .223 Wylde chamber is designed for .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition. Supermatch rifle barrels use 416R stainless steel with button rifling, air gauging and cryogenic treatment, giving this configuration a precision-focused barrel at the center of the rifle.The light contour keeps the barrel profile trim, while the 16-inch length provides a practical format for range sessions and competition. The mid-length gas system works with a low-profile adjustable gas block.
