Modeled after the iconic combat knife adopted by the Marine Corps in 1942, the KA-BAR USMC Fixed-Blade Knife is an excellent utility knife, well suited for camp craft, hunting, and outdoor survival. The 1095 carbon Cro-Van steel blade features a clip-point with a false edge, which enhances its ability to pierce tough material, and the full belly slices well. A black, blade finish protects the blade from corrosion. A leather-washer grip, steel handguard, and steel pommel provide a secure hold for safe use, as well as dexterity for precise blade control.
